IMA Cooling Systems are the UK’s leading independent suppliers of specialist cooling systems to the fresh produce industry, including high humidity cooling, hydro-cooling, process chilled water systems, long term crop storage, ripening rooms, controlled atmosphere and blast chilling/freezing systems.

We have worked on a number of high profile, high value new build and refurbishment projects for prestigious consultants & blue chip companies for which we have been highly commended.  We have also recently been involved on several hybrid ground source heat-pump schemes using pioneering techniques for the UK.

IMA is a privately owned company in its 23rd year of trading, directly employing 25 skilled individuals with an extended network of skilled sub-contract installation & service teams throughout the UK.

IMA works with the world’s leading suppliers of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to ensure we install only the highest quality systems. We are approved installers and partners to both Mitsubishi-Electric & Daikin qualified by the company’s high standard of training, certification and experience.

Due to this level of training and experience IMA offer extended warranty and support on all of the equipment installed which is a testimony to the quality of service we provide.

IMA cooling systems Ltd are dedicated to promoting the use of renewable energy sources and reducing the carbon emission output to our environment. We are also able to advise and assist in the design of systems which qualify for the enhanced capital allowance scheme.
